Job Title: Office Manager with a Marketing Mindset

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Office Manager with Marketing Skills. This in-office role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office while also implementing marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Office Management:
    • Oversee daily office operations, including managing schedules, appointments, and administrative tasks.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and employees, providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries effectively.
    • Maintain organized filing systems, databases, and records to ensure easy information retrieval.
    • Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and project management.
  • Marketing Support:
    • Collaborate with external agencies as needed for graphic design, content creation, and advertising campaigns.
    • Manage & engage on our social media accounts, including posting regular job site photos collected from our team, responding to comments/messages, and analyzing engagement metrics.
    • Monitor online reviews and reputation management platforms, responding to feedback and maintaining a positive brand image.
  • Sales Support:
    • Assist sales team in lead generation activities, including cold calling, lead qualification, and follow-up communications.
    • Prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals to support sales efforts and showcase our roofing services.
    • Track sales performance metrics in the CRM, provide data to agency partners and generate reports to support the sales team’s growth.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Creative thinker
  • Familiarity with the construction or roofing industry is a plus.
