Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Team Management: Lead and supervise roofing crews, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration.
• Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Quality Control: Monitor project progress, conducting regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality specifications.
• Budget Management: Track project expenses and manage budgets, making adjustments as necessary to meet financial goals.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years in the roofing or construction industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not necessary 
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
